Oh my, I reside in NJ. I reside in NJ, I had know idea Hughs’ son lived in Philadelphia. So sad. I’m 56 y/o and I admit that I still watch the show. Thank you for the wonderful memories of his father. xo

I was always told growing up that uncle Jim and I had similar personalities. To see the good in all people and never have a bad word to say about anyone. This is something I have been proud of all my life. When I was a child he always made sure that at Christmas I would get the one present that I wanted most of all. Out of all my presents I couldn't wait to open his. I knew it was going to be what I wanted most. He was a good man and a great uncle. I will always love him and miss him.

For my brother Jimmy, I will always love you, that will never change, you were the nicest brother anybody could want , never had a bad thing to say about anyone, I remember always saying to you, stop being so nice all the time, but that was your way, and one thing that gives me comfort, is knowing that if there is a heaven, your certainly in it, and when my turn comes you'll be there waiting for me, but right now I'm felling selfish and I want you here. My condolences go out to Jimmy's family. He was a man with a giant heart for people and life. He has left a lifetime of memories for a lot of people in Grays Ferry from Taney Street , MCBrides Pub. Sitting on the tailgate of his buddy Harry's blue station wagon. Thank you Jim and God bless.

My condolences go out to THE BEAUMONT FAMILY , as I am so sorry for your loss .
