Anne K (Yaceyko) Jacobs

Anne K. (nee Yaceyko) Jacobs passed on October 4, 2015, age 95, formerly of S.W. Philadelphia.  Wife of the late William Jacobs.  Loving mother of James F. (Stella) and Donald J. (Mary) Jacobs and the late William Jacobs.  Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited  to attend her Funeral Mass Thursday, Oct. 8, 2015,  10:00 AM at St. Laurence Church, 8245 W. Chester Pk, Upper Darby, PA 19026  where friends may call from 9:30 AM Thursday at the church.  Interment  immediately following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA 19050
